RHONDA FLEMING- $10 MILLION (PLEASE DELETE – DECEASED)
Known as the “Queen of Technicolor,” Rhonda Fleming was a big movie star during the 1940s – 1950s. She was given the nickname due to her fair and smooth skin and flaming red hair, which, when photographed in technicolor, gave off a beautiful picture. She started acting when she was still in high school after being discovered by Hollywood Agent Harry Wilson.
Even so, the actress didn’t receive any credit for the first few films she starred in. Fortunately, her big break came in 1944, when she was given a chance to star as Mary Carmichael in Alfred Hitchcock’s film Spellbound. Since then, she has starred in over 40 films. Alongside her acting chops, Rhonda also showcased her lovely singing voice when she performed alongside Bing Crosby in A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court. This was also Rhonda’s first performance in a colored movie and is the origin of her “Queen of Technicolor” title.
