Kym Karath appeared in the iconic movie musical The Sound of Music as Gretl, the youngest of the Von Trapp siblings. She was very young back then, but she was already earning an income for herself. Karath also retired early from acting to focus more on her college studies. This move was probably a wise one on her part as she earned a degree in Humanities at the University of Southern California. After graduating, she moved to France to further study art history.

During her stay in Paris, she took small modeling gigs that helped her build some retirement funds for the future. She went back to acting in the same year as her separation from her former husband. We’re pretty sure Karath employed a financial consultant to help her out in organizing her assets and liabilities as well as advise her of the necessary projects financed by her savings.

She had two former spouses, with whom she employed lawyers for the legal proceedings needed. She rested in peace only last April 2020. It is imperative that she had made sure that her wealth was in proper order, like she had put her money to good use with insurance plans also.

Richard Chamberlain began his career as many artists did- as a stage actor. He made the bold decision of moving into the silver screen, where he finally found the success he worked for. He became a teen idol after he starred in the 1961 TV series Dr. Kildare. He also takes credit for playing Jason Bourne in the 1988 film The Bourne Identity. Many of his peers agree that he’s one of those actors that ages gracefully. Now aged 86, he still gives that youthful aura. He recently appeared in the 2017 TV series Twin Peaks and the 2018 film anthology Nightmare Cinema.

Although he is already in his mid-80s, this has never prevented Chamberlain to continue accepting gifts and movie offers. He will not stop at $20 million assets, and expectedly he already has his investments in place. He may not need a financial consultant to give him advice, after all.

Paul Hogan is one of the best artists from the Land Down Under. The actor’s talent showed when he played the outback adventurer Michael “Crocodile” Dundee in the 1986 action-comedy film Crocodile Dundee. Hogan’s excellent performance deserves major credit for the movie’s success, for which he eventually got nominated for Best Original Screenplay for the Academy Award.

His efforts also granted him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. He may have faced a couple of financial and legal issues in the past, but he was able to overcome his situation with the help of his attorneys and his legal team. He should retain the services of a money manager now that his net worth roughly reaches $20 million. He would not want to repeat the legal issues and concerns that he faced in his earlier days. Additionally, he is active in the industry, which would mean inflation of his income.

Brigitte Bardot is a former singer, actress, and now a known animal rights activist. Many of her fans and peers once considered her to be Sophia Loren’s biggest rival in the entertainment scene. Throughout her career, her name was included in over 40 movie credits along with some modeling gigs, but her career peaked during the ’50s and ’60s. She was even called the most liberated woman of post-war France. Bardot hasn’t been active lately on-screen. She does have time to fight for animal rights.

Since retiring back in the 70s, she worked to help protect and shelter all kinds of animals globally. Bardot retired in the early ’70s, where she coined her retirement as “a way to get out elegantly.” Her net worth is $65 million, and she is willing to invest in animal welfare. She would go to lengths as writing to the Queen of Denmark to lobby the cessation of the killing of dolphins.

Loretta Swit brought to life Major Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan’s character from the American war comedy-drama series “M*A*S*H.” Due to her natural talent and audience appeal, she collected two Emmy Awards for her performance. After the show ended, she then appeared in numerous TV shows in the ‘80s until the early 2000s. However, her career wasn’t as successful as it was before. Swit hasn’t appeared on-screen in the last few years.

However, we heard that the actress had a post-production project in the movie Play the Flute and has released a publication back in 2017 called SwitHeart. She kept up her TV visibility with episodic appearances. Her career spanned for 60 long years. In that period of time, she catapulted into a very successful career. She somehow ceased her acting and focused on writing. She surely won’t declare bankruptcy in the future because she knows how to manage her investment money.

You probably haven’t seen Betty White’s insane dedication to the industry and her craft where she’s been for the past 80 years! Yes, that’s eight decades of pure entertainment coming from one of Hollywood’s best female icons. White is considered the first woman who worked in major titles both on and off the camera. The 1953 sitcom Life with Elizabeth is the first Hollywood show produced by a woman. She was instated into the Television Hall of Fame in 1995.

Last year, the documentary Betty White: The First Lady of Television gave her due credit for her contributions to the industry. She turned 98 years old last January. Her age and her body should determine her weakness, but White doesn’t stop. She has proven that once again, just like Christopher Plummer, retirement is not true in the movie industry. Even at her age, she said she would love to take part in her acting. Albeit, retirement is indeed not on her plate.

Most students would opt for a student loan, but James Lipton instead pursued acting to fund his studies. He helped produce some of the most popular soap operas in Hollywood, like Another World, Capitol, Return to Peyton Place, and The Edge of Night. He also worked as both an actor and a writer for over ten years on Guiding Light, the longest-running television drama in American television. Besides his television skills, he was also a certified pilot with over 1,000 hours of flight time as of 2013.

Now that is a new route to reach the top of Hollywood! James Lipton was a man of many characters. He has faced a struggle once with his former wife, for which hiring a lawyer is inevitable. He had a large sum of net worth amassed from his being an actor, writer, teacher, producer, lyricist, and host. Sadly, the actor passed away recently due to cancer.

Some older folks will remember the struggles and the comic adventures of Gilligan and his gang in the mid-60’s hit series Gilligan’s Island. They should also be familiar with Dawn Wells’ on-screen character Mary Ann Summers. Wells began her career after receiving her degree in theater arts and design at the University of Washington in Seattle. Later that year, she joined the Miss Nevada pageant and brought home the title, and the rest was history. Everything has gone well for the actress for a long time. She even ventured into a clothing business for people with limited mobility, and it was called Wishing Wells Collections.

However, recent news about the former actress shocked the industry after discovering that she passed away. Hopefully, things are going well for the former actress’s family. We also hope that the late actress was able to grant them a life insurance plan to help cover their needs.

She earned a bounty of awards and recognition in her fruitful six-decade stay in the entertainment industry. Her most notable projects include the mini-series Cranford, the film The Unexpected Man, and the play Honour.

Over the years, we never heard her about any financial issues such as filing bankruptcy or taking huge personal loans, which is probably because of her excellent and smart financial sense. The only hope that all her fans have is that she will continue doing what she does best and will not go further astray into the wrong path. A lot of people also hope that she would invest some of her riches to help others who are in dire need.

George Hamilton was a leading actor during the 1960s and 1970s who started in small roles until he landed his first major role in the 1959 film adaptation of the novel Crime and Punishment USA. His investment paid off, earning him multiple awards and nominations for his role. Major projects started coming his way during the ‘60s until the ‘70s. Up until this day, we can still see Hamilton doing what he does best, acting for the sheer joy of entertainment.

Since 2017, he has portrayed the sleazy new neighbor Spencer Blitz on the ABC TV sitcom American Housewife, and he made sure that every role that he partakes in will not be a disappointment in the industry and to all of his fans around the globe. Jerry Mathers is one of the few artists in Hollywood who began his career early. He started working at only two years old as a child model for an advertisement and quickly worked with comedian Ed Wynn for a milk commercial. He later began filming for the hit sitcom Leave It to Beaver, where he played Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver from 1957 until 1963. Mathers eventually chose to focus more on his studies and temporarily retired from the industry.

It was a good choice for him since he was able to receive his bachelor’s degree in philosophy at the University of California. But the big question that all of his fans have is that if he will make a great comeback and will kill other roles in the future. If that happens again, we’re sure that there will be a lot of people who will be glad that he did that.

Roger Ewing may not be a household name, but he was one of the most reliable supporting actors during the ‘60s until the early ‘70s. His most memorable acting gig was on the Western-inspired series Gunsmoke. After the show ended, his name appeared in some movie credits, including Smith, where he starred alongside Glenn Ford. He continued acting until his final film, Play It as It Lays. After his final project ended, the actor resumed working as a professional photographer.

His career was shorter than most others on this list, but we never heard of him needing an attorney, at least. This may be because of his great career and knowledge of managing his fortune in a good way. He really is an inspiration for most of us, and we hope that we will not hear some bad news about him and all of his projects in the near future.

Lately, there are no news that surround her personal life and even her relationships, which may be due to the help of her financial consultants and her counselors, who have guided her along the way. We just hope that we would not hear any news of the sort in the future.

Star Wars fans will instantly recognize Billy Dee Williams as Lando Calrissian in the 1980 installment The Empire Strikes Back. He also portrayed the infamous Harvey Dent in the 1989 Batman movie. However, only a handful knew that Williams started his career at Broadway during the mid-’40s, establishing his seven-decade stay in the industry. Williams will reprise his famous role as Lando in the upcoming Star Wars installment this year.

Because of all his hard work through all of those years that he has been in the industry, there is no doubt that there will be bad news regarding his financial status. However, behind the scenes, there is some bad news that surrounds him. Not because of his financial records but because of his love life. He had to hire lawyers twice for his two failed marriages, but he later landed a relationship that has been steady and happy since 1972.

David Crosby was a prominent music icon back in the ‘60s until the ‘70s. His collaborations during the ‘70s with other stars mattered to their successes since most of his projects featuring other artists came out as certified hits and rewarded everyone with massive paychecks. For his personal life, it was not as pleasant as his music career. Life really has its ups and downs. During the ‘80s, his camp constantly worked with their attorneys just to settle some legal issues involving the musician.

Thankfully, Crosby has now recovered from his setbacks. We hope that he is now making wise decisions concerning his personal life. We just hope that he keeps it that way so that we would not hear anything bad about him in the future. Now 79 years old, he continues to perform on stage. He also has a son who is also happily making music with him.

That is why he bagged numerous accolades, including five Academy Award nominations, taking home one Best Actor Award for the 1971 movie French Connection, and a Best Supporting Actor Award for the 1992 movie Unforgiven.

In 2008, Hackman announced his official retirement, only considering projects that required little of him. A few years later, he shocked the industry after being hit by a car in Florida Keys. There have not been any major fatalities regarding this issue. However, we still hope he had good insurance coverage and only suffered minor injuries. If he could get back on his feet again and take some major roles, we know that he would still rock them even with his age right now.

Sam J. Jones was a popular action star back in the ‘80s. He began as a commercial model for sporting goods before hitting the mainstream media in 1979, where he first appeared in the romantic comedy film 10. He later finished ahead of Kurt Russell and Arnold Schwarzenegger for the role of Flash Gordon during the ‘80s. This role was also the main reason why he made a fortune during his time in the industry. There is no major news about him or any of his personal life. However, the last we’ve heard of him, he’ll be appearing in two films that will come to theaters later this year. So be ready, because Sam J. Jones will be back and will definitely outwit any roles that will be given to him.

He is also a respectable and competent director and producer whose directorial portfolio included the 1988 comedy-drama film Memories of Me and the 1993 family movie Cop and a Half. Unlike other actors in Hollywood who had to go through multiple lawyers for their divorce proceedings, Winkler and his wife Stacey never suffered the same ordeal.

The success of their marriage may have motivated him to win the 2019 Best Supporting Actor for the comedy series Barry. Their relationship has been one of the main motivations of many of their fans. As of now, they are still happily married, and according to him, they are still “staying the course.” We hope that they will continue loving each other and will not need to file for a divorce.

Jonathan Vincent Voight immediately proved himself a force to be reckoned with, working in small roles during the early ‘60s as he slowly built up his reputation. After just a few years, he was given credits by his peers, which allowed him to portray the character of Joe-Buck in the hit 1969 film Midnight Cowboy. Voight may be currently in his 80s, but he hasn’t seemed to slow down, especially in his craft.

In fact, he is currently working on a project where he will be surrounded by lawyers and other legal issues in the upcoming movie Roe V. Wade. He has not confirmed any retirement plans yet. But when that time comes, it would not be a problem for him since he has already invested great things and saved a lot over the course of his career in the Hollywood industry. To give that number a perspective, he sold more than 100 million records globally. However, he officially announced his retirement in 2015.

He shocked the world when he went to his final concert in Nashville back in October 2017. We don’t want to see a great talent like this walk away from our doorsteps, but if you need to fuel your old school genres, you better gas up and just listen to his music anytime. Sadly, he gave up the ghost in March 2020. Even if he had gone already, Kenny Rogers’ music would always be there to help ease your mind.
