DAN AYKROYD- $200 MILLION
Dan Aykroyd, much to his credit, is one of the original cast members of Saturday Night Live. He is a Canadian actor, comedian, screenwriter, and entrepreneur. Throughout his time in the well-known TV comedy program, Aykroyd was often considered one of the show’s most talented members despite being the youngest. In fact, when Monty Python member Eric Idle appeared on Saturday Night Live as a guest host, he was quite amazed at Aykroyd’s skills – Idle also thinks he’s more than capable of becoming a fellow Python.
His most iconic role in film is arguably Ray Stantz in the original Ghostbusters films. Through the years, the actor also starred in other films like Trading Places, The Blues Brothers, and Nothing but Trouble. Aykroyd also has business investments outside of Hollywood. In 1992, he invested in and co-founded the House of Blues restaurant and concert venue. In 2007, he launched Crystal Head Vodka, which he funded with $600,000. By 2018, the company’s revenue was reportedly at $80 million.
