Elisabeth Moss is well-known today in her role as the protagonist June Osborne in Hulu’s hit dystopian series The Handmaid’s Tale, of which she’s also producer. From getting paid $75,000 per episode for her previous role in Mad Men, the actress now gets paid $1,000,000 per episode in The Handmaid’s Tale. Elisabeth, who came from musician parents, started her career from a young age and worked her way up to international fame.

Other projects she has worked on through the years include The West Wing, Top of the Lake, Us, and, more recently, the critically acclaimed thriller, The Invisible Man. With her popularity still on the rise, it comes as no surprise that Elisabeth still has a couple of upcoming big-named projects, including collaborations with filmmakers like Wes Anderson and Taika Waititi. One thing is for sure, she’s one of the people who will never have to worry about gas money anytime soon.
