CHRIS BROWN- $50 MILLION
R&B is not complete without Chris Brown. Throughout his childhood years, Chris was already well accustomed to music. Along the way, he also taught himself how to sing and dance, citing Michael Jackson as his source of inspiration. After performing in a church choir and joining a few talent shows, Chris’ parents began looking to get their son a record deal. His first album to top the Billboard was 2011’s F.A.M.E, which earned him a Grammy Award for Best R&B Album.
Since then, he has released other albums, including Fortune, which topped the Billboard 200, X, and Heartbreak on a Full Moon. In 2008 however, Chris had to pay millions of dollars to lawyers after facing assault charges against then-girlfriend and R&B singer, Rihanna. Despite the setbacks, Chris continues with his career, all while learning and improving himself through the years. In 2020, besides collaborating with fellow artists Drake and Young Thug, Chris Brown is also set to release his next album Breezy.
